@colpuck You mean the case that's been dropped because of multiple reasons that showed I was in the clear? Again, do your homework. Goodbye
@flyingwithfish I assume as you haven't responded to my question the answer is, a lot. Ps how's the felony case against you going?
Oh really? The case has been dropped?
FishTard was due in court today to enter a plea, yet once again has requested a continuance! Well we've "done our homework" and registered for updates on the case and just received this:

So Frischling, how long are you going to drag this out for our entertainment? Why won't you be a man and at least work out a plea agreement? You've been caught committing two felonies. You're paying a lawyer instead of paying your rent. How is that working out for your children?
And what exactly are the "multiple reasons" that show you were "in the clear" to commit forgery and embezzlement? Obviously the police and prosecutors have yet to hear of these "multiple reasons."
flyingwithfish Flying With Fish
ReplyDelete@colpuck that's administrative not plea, must be an error ... next
if the case was dismissed, it would be dismissed! there would no need for an "administrative" COURT APPEARANCE!
ReplyDeleteof course the case has been dismissed! The court appearance mistakenly entered as a "plea" hearing must really be the "he's super innocent" hearing where everyone will go over the nonstop evidence that show he was "in the clear" to steal all that money. Because those type of "administrative" meetings over dismissed cases always occur in courtrooms in front of judges.
ReplyDeletenow he's taking a sudden interest in the mental health of anyone who is following this case!
ReplyDeleteflyingwithfish Flying With Fish
@colpuck its an incorrect appearance. You have a very unhealthy interest in the life of someone you don't know. Frankly, that's worrisome.
PS he should be thrown in jail for his constant incorrect use of "its"
Cool, thanks for the link. I'm signed up for updates.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aseHF3A9YYs
I wonder how the judge and prosecutor would feel if they knew about his constant online bragging that the case has been dismissed and the listing for future court dates are "incorrect"?
ReplyDelete"I wonder how the judge and prosecutor would feel if they knew about his constant online bragging that the case has been dismissed and the listing for future court dates are "incorrect"?"
ReplyDeleteI think we should all tell them about it and share his twitter feed. I think we should all give the prosecutor a call and confirm the real details of this case.
perhaps the people at the courthouse love frischling soooo much that they purposely make errors on his case by calling him in for administrative purposes just so he will come by to say hi. I mean, he is always in there as people are constantly suing him for one reason or another. they must know him by now.
A person would have to be on the edge of being delusional to think that he could get away with lying to people who are familiar with the process of accessing basic public records.
ReplyDeleteA person can pretend to have photographed a political campaign and can claim to be an expert in all things related to aviation, but one can not hide from real criminal proceedings whose records are kept in The Public Domain.
It is well past time for Frischling to admit his mistakes, suffer the consequences, and move on with his life. He would probably find it cathartic, though belatedly, to at last spill the proverbial beans.
^ This is the result of the last time Steven Frischling spilled the proverbial beans:
ReplyDeletehttp://boardingarea.com/blogs/flyingwithfish/2010/12/07/a-response-to-the-anonymous-attacks…truth-fiction/
All I see are faint justifications and a refusal to change anything.
^once again, from the definition of "sociopath," we have:
ReplyDelete"lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another"
3:05 from 2:46. Exactly. (My name is actually 2:46 Steven. Ask my mom).
ReplyDeleteSteven Frischling would rather see his kids living in the Volvo than admit he is a total fraud. Totally selfish.
ReplyDelete@1:52 - call (860) 443-8444 to provide any information.
ReplyDeleteurban terrorist activities?
ReplyDeletehmmmm....wasn't there a circumcision story in the Fish's past postings somewhere...?
ReplyDelete(hint - http://www.sportsshooter.com/message_display.html?tid=26785 )
Not only did Frischling fail basic spelling, he apparently bombed counting in preschool as well. His wild accusations of who is behind Fish Fraud and its readers has now exceeded the magic number 3 he's always clung to.
ReplyDeleteIt started with Jasmine (1), then Addison (2), then the mysterious Chris (3, which he/she/it referenced as recently as August 16, 2011 10:21 PM), and now Anonymous (4!). Counting is a lot harder than eating burgers and donuts, but a lot easier than telling the truth, isn't it fatty?
^3:46. You kiss your mother with that mouth?
ReplyDeleteYou forgot he also accused the TSA and an ex gf! Who is he going to accuse next? OJ?
ReplyDeleteIf those who question your version of recent events have "struck out again" where did you, if I may also use a baseball metaphor, "hit a home run" in this game?
ReplyDeleteYou claim to have had a felony charge in a case that the prosecutor reportedly believed to be a civil matter and then stated that the charges have been dismissed and that you are exonerated.
If any of the previous were true, why then is this game which was already into extra innings headed for yet another?
I think Frischling's mother won't even have anything to do with him anymore. Seems like his family totally cut him off. He probably tried to steal from his niece and nephew's piggybanks. Can you imagine if you were related to this loser?! Think how often he'd come around begging for money.
ReplyDeletewowza!! hey ff, we wanna join your club, what are the dues and what's the secret handshake? I got smokes and my big brother scored some booze. can we meet back behind the garage later? this club sounds awesome. so can girls join? we know a chick down the street with a big rack! she's tough and swears a lot! she's the life of parties she's never attended and she speaks fluent french, in russian! she's all that and then some! can she join? let's go fishin' 2gether!
ReplyDeleteHow is it that Stephen Frischling is an aviation expert, yet rarely gets on an airplane? I've been following this saga since last November and since then he's flown ONCE. One trip! ...and we all know how that worked out. Fish Nuts got suspended from twitter and Jaunted along with 'Luftie' got fucked.
ReplyDeleteHe's tweeting which seats are best on a Bombardier 400 when he's sitting on his couch looking at seatguru.com.
The thing that's really sad is that Johnny Jett is buying his line of dog shit. I used to like and respect him until he named Fish Tits 'Travel Twitterer of the Week' a few weeks ago.
Hey Stephen Frischling! You are the biggest tool on Twitter! Get a clue!
5:17, of course you want to get access to some kind of "clubhouse." Where is your family going to be sleeping soon?
ReplyDelete5:56... does Johnny Jett have any idea that FishTits is a total joke?
ReplyDelete5:56, actually he has flown TWICE in almost a year. Twice. You forgot about his totally pointless trip to Denver early this year, which he took only because he had a voucher!
ReplyDeleteFirst he was trying to hock the voucher on Twitter and when there were no takers, he just used it himself for no reason. He flew to Denver and then flew right back on the redeye and tweeted the entire stupid experience, complete with photos of every possible airport sign to prove he was actually at an airport. He claimed he was going "to meet a client in transit" which was crap. First, he has no clients. Second, even if he did have a "client," who would need to fly halfway across the country to meet with him/her for 30 minutes at 11 pm?
But the funniest part - he Tweeted that airport/TSA security kept purposely walking back and forth behind him because he was looking at classified airport information on his laptop (or something equally unbelievable).
what's sad to me is the Frischling eviction saga is that he has a bunch of pets. The kids could end up in foster care (and who's to say they wouldn't be a hell of a lot better off) but the pets will just get dumped off at a shelter and euthanized. How sad.
ReplyDelete^ That is sad, but he doesn't care enough to do anything to help them either. The most important thing to him is himself.
ReplyDelete^5:17
ReplyDelete"hey ff, we wanna join your club, what are the dues and what's the secret handshake?"
The only dues are that you have to tell the truth all the time. The handshake is not secret, but to be a member of this club your handshake is as binding as a contract.
"I got smokes and my big brother scored some booze. can we meet back behind the garage later?"
No. This is an all ages club, so alcohol and tobacco products are forbidden.
"so can girls join? we know a chick down the street with a big rack!"
Of course girls can join. Their bra size doesn't matter, but their brain size does.
Now if you will excuse me, I have to go back to planning my Anonymous urbane terrier activities for the weekend (I'm taking my dog to the library).
Look forward to seeing you at the next meeting!
^ What you are suggesting would take common sense. That would be the smart thing to do. Frischling likes the opposite of the smart thing to do. Obviously he would rather his money go to some lawyer than to take care of his family.
ReplyDeleteNow we have two countdown clocks - one to his next court date in the ripped-off bride category and the other to his next arraignment in the felony category.
I wouldn't doubt it if he was buying new ipads and crap like that right now in lieu of being a financially responsible adult.
ReplyDelete"To Make A Flying With Fish App ... or To Not Make A Flying With Fish App ... That Is The Question ... #smtravel"
ReplyDeletereally? that's the question? not "how can I keep my kids off the streets?" what a douchebag.
it's laughable. He has no hope of making an app himself, since it requires brains and he has none. So it would cost him a small fortune to pay someone to make it for him, and he has no money either. Second, what would be on the app that anyone would pay for? 99.999999% of his tweets are ignored.
ReplyDeleteHe talks big about a lot of stuff he never does. He's just trying to draw attention to himself. Or he has no on to talk to so he just talks to himself on twitter. What happened to all those airport flip-a-roos, turning the airline industry upside down, being the next big thing in social media.
ReplyDeleteMost people - most normal people, would run out of juice instead of doubling down on lying profusely. Most responsible adults, when faced with the prospect of being kicked out of their home, would not be buying iPads or whatever new shiny Mac gadgets. And most people with a shred of decency would take being sued as a shameful act that would want to alter their behavior. Hell, I'd think that a felony arrest would make me want to go on the path to straight and narrow.
ReplyDeleteBut this is not the case.
Had you asked me a year ago, I would have said, hey, if he admitted that he's been living a lie and took steps to repair his reputation, people would have supported that. Now, I'm beyond caring. I just feel sorry for his kids. They have no control over their parents.
"most people with a shred of decency"
ReplyDeleteyou sum up his issue right there.
^ someone just as deranged as him
ReplyDeleteWell, FF, at least you're getting noticed!
ReplyDelete"KimDaenen Kim Daenen
@flyingwithfish wth is going on with this Fishfraud guy?! *report as spam*"
"flyingwithfish Flying With Fish
@KimDaenen It is a person off their kilter. They've been blocked for months. I ignore them entirely"
Which we all know not to be true--Steven may block FFs tweets but he certainly doesn't ignore this blog.
While I enjoy Steven and Susannah's infantile replies in the comments section here because they give me a good laugh (while at the same time confirming his/their guilt by failing to respond to every substantive question asked of them), the more important thing is that it confirms that they come here regularly and read every single word of what is written.
Congrats FF! You made the "Must Follow Photo Blogs" thread on SS:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.sportsshooter.com/message_display.html?tid=38724
One very big glaring contributor not found on that thread - Frischling.
ReplyDelete11:47, Why do you only speak up here? Is this the only place where you think you're safe? Speak up on SS. Come on, oh One With Balls.
ReplyDelete"I ignore them entirely"
ReplyDeleteHAH! The only thing he ignores is his kids' well being. How's that rent money coming?
11:20, thank you SS! We're honored!

"while at the same time confirming his/their guilt by failing to respond to every substantive question asked of them"
ReplyDeleteProps. Touche.
"Who the fuck do you think you are that ANYONE needs to respond to you?"
ReplyDeleteWe're people whose reputations aren't shot to shit due to ongoing evidence that we're pathological liars. We don't try to pass ourselves off as journalists like you do.
You see how that works? You could shut this blog down anytime if you could just explain this stuff away. So what's the problem?
^12:09. Well, that explains why Frischling's photos pretty much suck.
ReplyDeleteEither Frischling as finally learned how to use spell check, or that Susannah has the mouth and vocabulary that would embarrass a sailor. Whoever it is, just leave the computer for a day and seek some help from a psychiatrist, bankruptcy attorney, or dietitian, or all 3. If not for yourself, for your family. You're not helping matters by visiting here and raising your already high blood pressure.
ReplyDelete^ He can't shut this blog down because he can't explain away anything on it. Steven Frischling is a pathological liar and has been exposed as such. That's now become fact, especially because he has made no attempt to reconcile any of these wild stories. They are simply not true.
ReplyDeleteThe fascinating aspect is how angry he is at this blog and its readers, as you see by the ranting, foul-mouthed comments he is leaving. This blog and its readers didn't cause his problems. HE did. This blog didn't force him to commit felonies and defraud people. His current legal woes are for things that happened long before this blog began. So why is he so angry?
Wouldn't a normal person be angry at himself for having made up so many stupid, contradictory stories that were extremely easy to disprove? Wouldn't a normal person have some kind of humiliation and remorse that he had defrauded and harassed people? Wouldn't a normal person at some point thought to himself, "Wow, my family is in trouble. Maybe I should really get a job to pay my rent instead of tweeting Wikipedia facts all day to strangers who don't care about me?"
Clearly Steven Frischling is not a normal person. He refuses to have any kind of remorse. Thus, this blog continues and grows in popularity and precedence while people enjoy the schadenfrisch. Congratulations, Frischling, maybe how famous this blog is becoming is your only real accomplishment in life.
Funny, we don't sense anger. We just sense there are others that do indeed think you guys are ill. Every time someone posts something against your agenda, you try and spin it into something inflammatory and blame them and their post for any issues anyone else has.
ReplyDeleteWe also think you spend too much time worrying about others and their lives, and you seem to think you have a background and education in psychological-disorders research or something. We actually think you may border on some serious psychological disorders with this sick blog.
Face the facts, how long have you had this blog and yet still can't take the Fish down. What is wrong with your approach? You ask questions as if you deserve answers. Many months ago someone asked you who you were and you've since refused to answer. Why demand from others what you yourself won't provide.
"take the Fish down"? you're not serious? You think Fish's career is flying high right now? lol
ReplyDeleteyup, just as 2:25 claims. how about YOU answering questions.
ReplyDelete2:44, is yours? What do you do?
ReplyDeleteanyone else see the irony in 2:25? The Frischlings suggesting it's FF who has a screw loose?
ReplyDelete^ Responses so far to defend Frischling have all been filled with the same irony. It's because there is no defense.
ReplyDelete^2:25
FF has never asked anyone to identify themselves.
Frischling writes material for public consumption. If not in public, then in forums read by professionals and Frischling's peers (cough). By any measure, that material is subject to criticism and scrutiny. How is it you think Frischling gets granted a special exemption? As it turns out, Frischling's stories, over a period of many years, documented far and wide, are riddle with discrepancies, contradictions, questionable sources, questionable reasoning, etc. Do you have some problem with the public asking Frischling questions to make sure they're getting the best information? Do you hate the public? Do you hate your profession? The lack of significant dialogue is telling. In fact, the more pressed for information, the more Frischling retreats. Sadly, it appears, the more he retreats with hostility. I don't blame anyone for not showing their identity.
"flyingwithfish WooHoo ... 15 free minutes to myself! Maybe I can knock out a blog post on Iran Air"
ReplyDeleteTwitter fun stuff, I was just curious, how much time does it take to write 50,660 tweets: Let's say one spends just 30 seconds thinking about, reading responses and typing each tweet -
50,660 tweets at 30 seconds each since Sept 30 2008 when he joined, that's about 24 minutes a day. However...
25,330 minutes (50,660/2) = 422 hours = 17.6 days.
That's 17.6 days of doing nothing but tweeting, twice a minute, 24 hours a day. Looked at another way, 24 hours is 3 eight hour work shifts, or 17.6 x 3 = 52.8. If Frischling's written 50,660 tweets and spent 30 seconds on each one, he's spent spent 52.8 working days since Sept 30 2008 doing nothing but writing tweets. That's over three full work weeks a year writing tweets. Just a thought for those paying attention to things like that.
2:25 wow... just wow. You almost speak admiringly of "The Fish." Like he is so triumphant at this time. If you're not "The Fish" himself then you're one giant moron. Do you respect him? Do you think he's a good person? How can you admire someone so universally despised? If you do, you're the one person more pathetic than him.
ReplyDelete2:25 aka Sunny Vulva aka Nurse Ratched
ReplyDelete^ 2:25
ReplyDelete"questionable reasoning" (3:37)
Some of which has the potential to put people in danger or deep trouble (see SS comments about preparing for duty in Iraq, or his incomprehensibly bad idea for altering battery labels to avoid delays through TSA, or carrying knives aboard flights) - regardless of his buffoonery and yours, that kind of writing should be scrutinized.
2:25, so you're saying if FishFraud were to reveal an identity, you would explain away Frischling's 15+ years of stories that have been exposed as lies? And all you're waiting for is FishFraud's identity?
ReplyDeletePS Did you ever apologize to the innocent people you harassed and defamed in March when you accused them of running FishFraud? Have they received apologies from you yet?
Yup, just as 2:25 claims.
ReplyDeleteThe Blog has not "taken down The Fish," as The Fish was never the person of importance that he pretended himself to be. The entire persona of globe trotting, sprint shooting, exclusive lounge dwelling, expert travel blogger was all a hoax of epic proportion.
ReplyDeleteThe Blog has, however, brought to bear a remarkable level of public scrutiny and systematic debunking of well documented falsehoods spanning more than a decade. The Blog has demonstrated rather well the REAL power of social networking.
When The Fish is no longer of any further entertainment, I would like to see Fish Fraud turn its attention to Washington DC. There are enough skeletons in enough closets in that city to keep The Blog alive forever.
how anyone can defend frischling is beyond me. he is no different than politicians who cheat on their wives or journalists that make up stories like stephen glass and jayson blair. those people ostracized in the public eye for telling lies and deceiving their constituents and readers. so, how is frischling any different? he decided long ago to take on the role of being something that he is not for reasons only he knows. if he wants to be a public figure with his blog and/or fauxtography, then he is open to scrutiny. when he places conflicting stories that are embedded in the fabric of the internet for all to see then he will be held accountable. there is no denying that he has made up a majority of the stories that he has told regarding what he has done during his time as a photographer and probably as a airplane blogger. I don't like liars, so I commend the fish fraud people for making his lies public for everyone to see. if any frischling supporters have anything constructive to say, then say it. but, acting like a 5 year child with a toilet for a mouth doesn't do anyone any good. as a matter of fact, it just makes frischling look like more of an idiot if that is the type of people he associates with. for as long as this blog has been up, I have yet to see anyone who supports frischling come up with a rational explanation as to why none of his stories add up. does that not bother you? do you think it is ok to fight for someone who obviously has lied and allegedly committed crimes?
ReplyDeleteThere is no one really is defending him, at least no one of any relevance. It's just him, that nasty Susannah, and some sports shooter kid who strings for Freewire that worships him on twitter.
ReplyDeleteHe's still listed here as an advisor.
ReplyDeletehttp://angel.co/social-flights
Do your homework.
Frisch has a lot of strangers following him on Twitter but nobody really cares do they? if there was a blog like this devoted to someone I cared about (friend/family/pet/whatever) I'd be all over it, leaving comments with MY REAL NAME and standing up for my loved one. So where's his family & friends? Does anybody give a shit about this fool?
ReplyDeletewho is the SS freelancer kid? Someone needs to set that kid straight
ReplyDelete"Someone needs to set that kid straight"
ReplyDeleteyeah, let's beat the **** out of this kid!
9:55 aka Frischling, you wish someone would suggest that.
ReplyDeleteSomeone just needs to tell this kid what a joke Steven Frischling is among real photojournalists.
"Face the facts, how long have you had this blog and yet still can't take the Fish down."
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly do you mean by taking him down? If you mean through the legal process, that time is soon coming, as you're already aware. If you mean by ruining his reputation, that ship sailed long before FishFraud had ever started, at least as a photographer.
"He's still listed here as an advisor.
http://angel.co/social-flights"
And as long as you and/or the guppy keep providing links to whoever is still using the him as a reference, someone here will quickly educate them if they don't find out on their own as to what a untrustworthy hack he is.
Homework done.
What is this Social Flights? Is it a legitimate company with revenue or another Shashank?
ReplyDelete@5.56 & 6.04
ReplyDeleteWith regards to Johnny Jet well he will have to show Fish in a good light, his father and brother are looking after Fish's court case!
http://fishfraud.blogspot.com/2011/07/frischling-finally-in-court-wednesday.html
11:09. The Social Flights link had been mentioned previously to draw FF's attention to it and thus encourage a few friendly calls. SF is still attached today. 9:36 was giving it a bump.
ReplyDeleteGreat post on FB:
ReplyDeleteIts one of those days where you just sort of stare up into the clouds and think "I have no idea what I am doing."
@11:31 - ohh, now that is really interesting. I had not put that together. How unfortunate for JJ to have his brother with such a spotty reputation. Good catch.
ReplyDelete^9:43 Let's not drag the SS freelancer kid's name into it but if you look at the people Fish communicates with frequently via Twitter and cross-reference that with the Sportsshooter membership he's pretty easy to spot. His is an all-too-common type in the sports photography business--young and apparently naive, with a really mediocre portfolio of images and little or no business sense or concern for the industry, who manages to get on the sidelines with credentials from (and thinks it's a big deal to shoot pictures of sporting events for) a place called US Presswire.
ReplyDeleteAs a brief aside for the non-photographers out there, US Presswire is an agency notorious in the business for getting photographers credentials for events, but not paying them to actually shoot them, and then undercutting other photographers with low-ball prices when magazines and newspapers use their images (thus, it's known among many of us derisively as "US Freewire"). While they actually have a few decent photographers, it has mostly become a haven for hacks and wannabes who don't have the talent, the business sense, or the need/desire to get someone to actually compensate them for their efforts when they actually shoot their pictures. In other words, if you want to get into cool events and wow your friends and twitter followers with tales from the sidelines but don't have the chops to make it as a real photographer, US Presswire is a good place to start if you're looking for credentials.
As another aside, and to get us back on the topic of Frischling, that's exactly the same way UPI used to be, with the same kind of reputation, back in the mid- to late- 90s when it was on its last legs, and when Fish was getting credentials from them and claiming to be a photographer for a giant, international wire service. True on its face, but the devil is, as always, in the details.
But back to our regular programming…you know, where we wait for Steven and/or Susannah to actually address, refute, or explain away any of the myriad issues we've asked them to clarify for us time and again…

"Someone needs to set that kid straight"
ReplyDelete"yeah, let's beat the **** out of this kid!"
Oh how lovely, this site is back promoting violence.
If Steven Frischling wants to make money without working, he should just let Sports Shooter members punch him in his ugly face for $5 each. He'd be a millionaire very quickly.
March 4, 2011 8:39 PM
Just lovely.
I am a member of Sports Shooter and I would not pay $5 to punch Steven Frischling in the face.
ReplyDeleteTaking that a step further, I would actually donate $10 to Mr Frischling if the money would be used only for food or for rent and I would do this because I do not like the idea of ANY family becoming homeless even if one or more of its members contributed to the reason that the situation collapsed.
9:47, you're the one who left that comment.
ReplyDeleteRemember the time you accused this blog of promoting racism because of some comment where someone joked "once you go black you don't go back"?
don't worry, the taxpayers of CT will be the ones paying to feed and house the Fish guppies, if they're not already.....
ReplyDeletethey're not just being evicted for not paying rent but also for trashing the house. Someone put a giant hole in the wall that's visible to the neighbors.
ReplyDelete^lovely
ReplyDeleteAre his neighbors now posting here?
ReplyDeleteNew tv show idea: "Everybody Hates Fish"
When you leave a rental house or apartment with holes in the wall, you can not only wind up forfeiting your security deposit but can also be charged with criminal damage to property.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally, criminal damage to property is a CRIMINAL matter not a CIVIL one. :)
Agree with 7:06, not worth dragging that poor kid's name through the mud. Just have to hope he doesn't learn the hard way, be it loaning Frischling money or taking professional advice from him, not sure which would be worse.
ReplyDeletesomeone should just send him a private message that Frischling is a fraud, period.
ReplyDeleteIt's heartwarming to know that Steven Frischling and/or Sunnyvulva are regular visitors. It makes it so worthwhile that the efforts of all three of us are so appreciated.
ReplyDeleteagreed. They need to be visiting here like they need a hole in the wall... er... hole in the head.
ReplyDeleteSteven, help! There is a thread on the SportsShooter message boards that could use your input. It is a question about flying with photo gear and the TSA. The depth and breadth of your knowledge gained while racking up more than 1,000,000 miles since you started to track your mileage in 2005 would be of great use to the readers of SS.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.sportsshooter.com/message_display.html?tid=38732
Thank you for your contribution.
To add to 6:30's sentiments, it also warms the heart to know that Fish and Toad found each other. To all the hopeless romantics still looking for "The One," you can rest assured that there really is someone for everyone.

smart and interesting people? what the hell is she doing with steven?
This one from Suzie the Pretend Wife and Birther of Baby Fishes explains her even better: "I get it now; I didn't get it then. That life is about losing and about doing it as gracefully as possible."
ReplyDeleteGracefully?
ReplyDeleteI guess thats appropriate. Talk about facing a losing life, might as well try to make the best of it.
ReplyDeleteMrs Fish fascinates me - how could any human being voluntarily partner with this idiot? I met him at one event and I wanted to run away screaming after 1 min.
ReplyDeleteI have a secret admiration for the Fishwife. No matter what, she puts with up with all the crap and "stands by her man".
ReplyDeletesteven probably threatened to sue her if she left him. the guy is sue happy. too bad for him that he is the one getting sued these days.
ReplyDeleteSusannah is FishFraud. It's always the last person you suspect, isn't it?
ReplyDelete^ A more likely guess would be Susannah's parents.
ReplyDelete^ oh that's a good guess. Her family must despise him more than anyone, unless she's kept everything hidden from them.
ReplyDeleteI still feel sorry for her.
ReplyDelete10:50, I feel sorry for people's he defrauded and harassed, not people who voluntarily live with him and support his "lifestyle."

ReplyDeleteClassic FishTits! Worst luck in the world. He just can't help himself.
ReplyDelete@flightblogger @DWiermans @bwohlgemuth This past winter I had an RTO at HVN on an @USAirways Dash-8. Fire truck crossed the active runway!
oh how impressive using all of those aviation terms! He's sooooooo smart that Fish
ReplyDeleteI would think a fire truck interfering with a commercial aircraft takeoff would be news of some sort. Yet when I use " fire truck new haven airport runway takeoff US Airways "on Google and news and the New Haven Register I can find no record of this incident over the past winter. Of course we know this person would never fabricate or exaggerate the truth, right?
ReplyDeleteObviously a rejected take off is a very, very rare occurrence. A frequent flyer could travel a lifetime without ever experiencing one. Doubt Fish experienced this event during his one flight to Denver or that fraud of a flight to Germany. This guy just does not get on airplanes. What a joke.
ReplyDeleteI also couldn't find any mention of this incident on the FAA or NTSB websites. What probably happened was that the pilot made an announcement something like this: "a fire truck [other plane, etc.] is crossing the runway and we'll be taking off as soon as he's out of the way."
ReplyDeleteFor a guy that doesn't actually fly, he sure experiences a lot of rejected take offs. Four my ass. He probably hasn't even taken four flights in the past couple of years.
ReplyDelete-----
@DWiermans @flightblogger I've had four RTOs, first was an @USAirways Fokker F100 a BUF. I recall the sharp left turn onto the grass
5:30, 49 CFR Part 830 deals with NTSB notifications. Specifically, 830.5 (a)(12) (ii) states that NTSB notification is required for "Any event in which an aircraft operated by an air carrier...experiences a runway incursion that requires the operator or the crew of another aircraft or vehicle to take immediate corrective action to avoid a collision."
ReplyDeleteAn RTO, or Rejected Take Off, would be immediate corrective action and it would be reported to the NTSB. Yet a search of the NTSB database for accidents and incidents at HVN turns up no such event.
@DWiermans Dash-8s are really loud in the cabin, but everyone heard "Watch that G-d damn fire truck!" from the cockpit
Really?!?! The Dash 8 is an FAR 121 aircraft requiring a closed cockpit door. Furthermore, it has a built in intercom and the pilots typically wear the heavy David Clark type headsets. Interior noise and vibration are at their worst during take off.
Sitting behind the pilots backs, behind a closed cockpit door, between the engines and propellers at take off power it is very doubtful you heard much of anything except your own imagination. Why don't you stick to BSing us with 5th Freedom Rights instead.
RTO's (Rejected Take Off) occur in one in every 3,000 flights which results in an average of 16 RTO's per day.+++
ReplyDeleteWith so many of these happening every day, I would imagine that it does not become widely reported unless it results in a real "near miss" or if a celebrity happened to be on board at the time.
It is possible, however, that Mr Frischling has experienced an RTO first hand. Putting this into statistical perspective, the odds of making a hole in one on a Par 3 are approximately 1 in 12,500 and many of us probably know someone who has accomplished this and it is nearly four times as unlikely as an RTO.

with frischling, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is made up. he's a sick individual who is in dire need of acceptance and/or praise. he will say anything to achieve this.
ReplyDelete58,000 tweets, at least 15 years online and yet Steven hasn't quite figured out the internet.
ReplyDeleteSteve Frischling, if you are going to make up stories, have the common sense to fabricate a event that can't be tracked online.
Oh its probably a lie for sure, but I was just pointing out that the RTO itself, unlike some of the other Tales from the Fish , actually could have happened.
ReplyDeleteThat said, though, I am in absolute agreement that even if the RTO did happen it is highly unlikely that he heard what was being said in the cockpit.
@DWiermans @flightblogger I've had four RTOs, first was an @USAirways Fokker F100 a BUF. I recall the sharp left turn onto the grass.

Searching the FAA's Accident/Incident Database System (covering the period from 1978 to the present) there are 9 reports at BUF involving Fokker aircraft operated by USAir. Only one of these was an aborted take off. It happened on Jan. 7, 1990, the aircraft was a Fokker F28, and "NR2 ENGINE VIBRATION. ABORTED. RETURNED TO GATE. SECOND ROW COMPRESSOR BLADE FAILED AND WENT THROUGH ENGINE."
As for the RTO at HVN on USAir, it doesn't appear in the database.

Wait a minute. Frischling claims to have experienced FOUR RTO's?
ReplyDeleteIf we are to agree that an RTO happens once in every 3000 flights, and we can accept that anyone who gets on a plane actually COULD experience one of these we have to look with extreme skepticism at a person who claims to have been involved in four of these events.
A one time occurrence of the 1 in 3000 flights event can fall into the bad luck category, but for this to happen multiple times for the same person should require that the rate of occurrence over time becomes more reflective of the statistical average.
Putting this another way, a person would actually have to take nearly 12,000 flights over time in order to be on board for 4 RTO events.
12,000 flights would require that the individual make one flight per day every day for almost thirty three consecutive YEARS!
Perhaps a more difficult challenge for Fish Fraud would be to find a Fish Story that is TRUE?
The odds of experiencing a 1:3000 event four times is about 1:81,000,000,000,000.
ReplyDeleteThat's 1 in 81 Trillion.
I've done ~500 flights in the last 8 years and have never had a RTO. I feel kind of left out now. :(

ReplyDeleteI don't know, Mr. Frischling, shouldn't you be on your way to Libya by now? Maybe you'll get lucky and expperience another RTO on the way over!
@1214 oohh 45 second walk might miss out on a lot of important tweets.....

ReplyDeleteWhat the hell would a Flying with Fish app do, anyway? Provide push notifications of his inane re-tweets?
ReplyDeleteIt generates random stories of his legendary exploits and mathematically calculates the odds of such a thing happening to anyone eg 1 in 50 billion.

ReplyDeleteTypical Fish. He learns of some aviation term on wikipedia, then tries to show how smart he is by using it as much as possible. In this case, I think his little fish brain thinks that an RTO is any time an aircraft has a delay after pushback.
Fish had a little delay with his pushback and Susannah had his three little guppies.
ReplyDeleteI feel sorry for the fish. I have had an extended, shall we say, conversation on FB....he has made great efforts to say I owe him an apology for asking him to PRODUCE actual photographic proof of his exploits. since he has only produced photos that look like they were taken by some middle school student with a camera I have questioned his supposed "professional" status. his latest response was to call me an asshole...and that I obviously didn't understand what I was talking about. well, I have to say...what brought this to a breaking point was his bullshit about "covering" hurriane irene. really? I was on hatteras island...all you have to do is google search of what irene did to hatteras...and perhaps do a search on my name and see how many front page photos (including the NYC papers) I had. and steven "the douche" frischling is trying to call me out? the guy is a poser. POSER. hell go to his FB page...most of the photos he posts are not even in focus. I have a cat who is blind and I dare say he would take better photos than the fish could ever imagine. peace out.
