Despite his lies that the case had been dropped (and that he's been invited to Iran), Connecticut vs. Steven Frischling continues tomorrow with the pre-trial.

I'm pretty sure Fish's attorneys will try to get the case dismissed, citing "reckless" prosecution and the anti-Semitic card.
ReplyDeleteTo honor this historical event, we should all start the morning with a big bowl of froot cereal.
ReplyDeleteNote on his boardingarea post about Iran Air and IATA, the IATA spokesperson, and perhaps one of the most respected of all in aviation journalism, calls Fish out and Fish once again tries to flog his view.
ReplyDeleteExactly how does one go about begging the ADL for help aginst the FF anti-semite bloggers- thereby showing your Jewish heritage. Then:
ReplyDeleteAnd endlessly yakking about having to sue/not sue/get therapy about your son's own Brisgate. Then:
Get on a DC-3 out of YOUMUSTBESHITTINGMEVILLE and tweet your way to the ISLAMIC Republic of Iran to party likes its 1599.
How might I go about such a task? Let's ask Steven... he can tell us all about his amazingness. All. Over. Again.
"Prior to writing my story on IATA and Iran Air I consulted a number of sources on the legal ramifications for IATA."
ReplyDeleteI wonder if these sources are similar to the TSA "sources" on his pat down story that was yanked by HuffPo when they couldn't be verified?
Translation: he tried to google it and play armchair lawyer
ReplyDelete"This incident probably won’t make headline, or make it into the media, but for me, it is an incident that is completely unacceptable"
ReplyDeleteGood thing, because now he can blog about it to his heart's content and not have to worry about the veracity of his "reporting" being called out in light of other accounts that would include verifiable facts and sources...phew, dodged a journo bullet on that, right Fish?
As I read Perry Flint's comment, which is an authoritative, solid rebuttal, I was thinking of the time he wasted replying to SF. I mean here's a guy with a real job in the aviation world. A busy, important person who doesn't spend all day on Twitter and Google. Mr. Flint is taking time out of his day thinking he's replying to some credible blogger. He doesn't realize he's replying to someone with no job, who's going to trial for multiple felony counts, and who 'wrote' the original blog post based on Google queries and without consulting any sources. (who really believes he "consulted a number of sources..." Please.)
ReplyDeleteSteven I just want you to know that I get a lot of personal enjoyment out of watching your life suck so badly and so publicly.
ReplyDeletePerry Flint deserves to know all about Steven Frischling:

I can't wait for SF to blog about how he flew into St. Louis in the 4th inning to get great images of the David Freese walk off home run in the 11th inning of the sixth game of the 2011 World Series...although we'll never see the the pictures..."here comes the judge, here comes the judge, the pump don't work 'cause a vandal took the handle, here comes the judge"
ReplyDeleteT-3 hours.
ReplyDelete@ 9:14 - actually its flintp@iata.org - you're welcome
ReplyDeleteoh hay look it's past 10am EST. How's that court thing going Fish?
ReplyDeleteHummm... He was Tweeting up a storm three hours ago, then totally silent, now Tweeting again at 11:30 EST.
ReplyDeleteWonder what kept him so occupied during that time period?
