  1. Dear Steven,

I know a thing or two about the criminal justice system so here's a tip. Judges know when you're stalling and hate when you keep requesting continuances so when it comes time for sentencing they remember that crap. You're only stalling and creating a bigger problem for yourself in the long run.

  2. Typical these close court dates would indicate that a resolution is near.

  3. ^Yes, typically a pre-trial hearing is to avoid a trial and get the defendant to accept a plea. He's going to lose at trial so he would be strongly encouraged by the judge to just take a deal and not waste the court's time. A smart person would plead to a misdemeanor and suspended sentence. But when has Frischling done anything smart?

  4. No matter what, best case is that he will probably have to pay Addisson his money due, plus all the attorney fees that will be a lot of money. It will certainly set back for a few years his dreams of home ownership.

  5. And of course Addison is the person behind this website. right? I wonder if that will come up in court as well - a little slander thrown in for good measure?

  6. ^ Addison is not the person behind this blog. Do you really think an Orthodox Jew who does not touch electronics from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday is leaving this comment here on a Friday night?

Though the real FishFraud still gets a chuckle out of Frischling's online rant where he claimed that FishFraud "went dark" every Friday as "proof" that Addison runs this site.... despite piles of evidence to the contrary (posts, comments, Tweets, etc, with timestamps). Part of the fun with Frischling is that he is so delusional he thinks nobody will ever try to verify anything he says.

Besides, this blog has nothing to do with the criminal proceedings against him but everything to do with Frischling's years of lying. That he actually committed a felony and got caught is pure Schadenfrisch.

  8. Addison is a classy guy and I can't imagine he has anything to do with this blog. (Not that this blog isn't as classy as it can be, given its vile subject...) It's just not Addison's style.

@joshspear I have a dupe Passport, and use a Wallet for one reason ... keeps everything organized in my pocket."

Everyone else has passports for one reason; they actually travel internationally.
