  1. I sure hope the trial date is close in. The suspense will be killing me.

  2. ^today will be interesting though - they will surely ask for bail for two felonies.

    ReplyDelete
  3. At a minimum surrender of the globe trotters passport.....

  4. I wonder what this morning is like. Shit, shower, shave. Drive off to his felony indictment. Probably expecting to get back to tweeting in the afternoon.

  5. Let's say they hit him with $25,000 bail. He will have to come up with $2,500 cash to pay the court or a bail bondsman. You think Mama & Papa Frischling will be getting a call this morning?

  6. Not to rain on your parade, but at the courts in the area I work, trail would be set for at least six months down the road, the crime is not big enough to make him surrender his passport and if he is found guilty, he will probably get restitution, probation and maybe a suspended sentence. It's just my guess and is based on a court system and situations that are different from SF's, I just didn't want y'all to get your hopes up for him being in jail next week.

  7. That would be trial, not trail. I am not Frischling.

  8. I hope they will take into account that he also lied to police (obviously) during the investigation.

  9. I think he would get restitution and probation if he pleads guilty. If he forces a trial, I hope they throw the book at him for being such a douche. It will probably end up being a short time in prison but still, maybe it would finally knock some sense into him and his enabling cunt of a baby mama Susannah?

  10. 5:39, no jail time or a year in jail - either way he will still be a convicted felon.

  11. Its happening now as we sit here.

    ReplyDelete
  12. he's tweeting from his iphone like nothing is wrong and he's not sitting there waiting for his arraignment...

  13. or maybe he decided not to go and a bench warrant will be issued! he's the king of stupid decisions after all

  14. Apparently a change of date:

"@LyingWithFish1 Now if you only you had your facts straight , did your homework and knew the date had been changed"

and a plot twist is imminent:

"@LyingWithFish1 Your big on being informative, why not check on the twist this investigation is going to take & a reversal of fortune."

  15. he probably called in sick! what a loser.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I can't believe this. What is going on?

    ReplyDelete
  17. he's still listed on the docket for 10 am today. Who knows what he did to get it postponed. Probably used his kids as an excuse (as usual).

    ReplyDelete
  18. but the hearing date was not changed on the docket

    ReplyDelete
  19. All he could do by that is buying time and have that handing over him. I'd not say it a reversal of fortune.

    ReplyDelete
  20. probably. Nobody asked this piece of trash to have three kids he couldn't afford and he's determined to use them to get as much sympathy as possible.

    ReplyDelete
  21. it's reasonable they could have postponed it to this afternoon for scheduling reasons. He would have needed a good excuse to get it postponed to a different date. But either way it's only delaying the inevitable.

  24. a delay will only further interest in the case.

  25. Several things could have postponed Fishdick's arraignment. Besides those already mentioned above:

    1. The prosecution requested a continuance to complete their investigation, and additional charges will be filed against SF (lots of calls & emails to Mr. Manley?).

    2. Docket is full, court is backlogged, and things are just running behind.

    3. Still looking for a court-appointed attorney willing to represent SF.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Does he have a court appointed attorney?

And there's a lot of defiance by Fish - I don't think he clearly understands his predicament and I think that he thinks he's smarter than the court system and can game it.

  27. 9:00...or, They thought he was just plain nuts and asked to have him removed for evaluation.

  28. From http://thetravelstrategist.com/?p=82

"Obviously every company is different … but keep this in mind … when engaging in social media, the whole world car see you!"

Seriously, WTF? Once you get by another childish typo is this guy really the person from whom you want to hear this particular type of advice?

  29. Clearly he's trying to raise funds for bail since he is currently trying to sell two lenses on sportsshooter.

You won't need camera gear where you're going Steven, you pathetic hack, now just go away.

    ReplyDelete
  30. No... online status still says it was today. Maybe the superdouche just didn't show up?!

    ReplyDelete
  31. he's hawking the lens on Twitter too. Obviously in need of bail money. Maybe that's a scam though too and he wants to keep it?

Funny how when it comes to paying the rent and taking care of his children, he can't part with his pricey lenses. But now that his own freedom is at stake, he is suddenly unloading it. Father of the Year!

    ReplyDelete
  32. someone needs to go on sportsshooter and warn people who they are dealing with - a guy who needs bail money because he committed forgery and larceny!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Those lenses have been for sale on SportsShooter for a few weeks...hopefully no one gets scammed by that piece of crap.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Too late. Some poor schmuck bought his 85mm.

    http://www.sportsshooter.com/classitem.html?id=34291

But instead of just taking down the ad, dumbass fish-fucker updates his listing with *SOLD*

    Lame.

    ReplyDelete
  35. he claimed on Twitter he was selling his other lens to replace his 10-year-old daughter's 70-200mm/2.8. Yeah he can't afford to pay his rent but his daughter has that lens to play with. Nobody believes you anymore Fish.

    ReplyDelete
  36. He's no longer listed as a senior member on Sports Shooter which means that he hasn't paid his $25 yearly membership fee yet. Thirty days before your membership is due you go from senior member to a regular member. When you pay your dues you go back to senior member. Let's hope it stays that way.

    ReplyDelete
  37. @8:26

regarding his 24mm lens for sale - he says on sports shooter that he is selling it because "he has changed what he shoots (to basically nothing) and doesn't fit in his kit anymore. no mention of replacing his 10 year-old's 70-200. he can't even get stories on classified ads straight.

"Its a great lens, however as I change what I am shooting, the lens no longer matches my current kit needs. "

    ReplyDelete
  38. The status on his case has been changed to "Awaiting Plea" with the next court date of 6/22

    ReplyDelete
  39. Awww man, another week to wait!

    ReplyDelete
  40. The good news is if he doesn't renew his sportsshooter membership in the next 2 days, he will be gone from the site. Fuckoff fishFucker.
